Madrid Gathering Promotes Dialogue and Diversity

Madrid welcomed faith representatives, cultural figures and civic voices to celebrate diversity and coexistence. The dialogue included Clarisa Nieva of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, a specialist from the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, and human rights educator Denise González. Speakers presented personal, cultural and institutional perspectives on how open dialogue can help build more inclusive communities.

Throughout the gathering, participants considered themes such as human rights, cultural identity and respect for differences. Fundación Mejora linked the initiative with Scientology’s emphasis on ethical values and community improvement. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to European and international institutions, noted that cultural and religious diversity contributes to democratic life when rooted in respect for human rights.
